Fees

Our fees

We confirm our professional fee in writing before any chargeable work begins, and keep it separate from the amounts you pay to the Home Office and others.

Our professional fee

Our professional fee is for our advice and for our work on your application. Most straightforward applications are charged as a fixed fee for a defined piece of work. Before any chargeable work begins, your client care letter confirms:

  • exactly what work is included, and anything that is not;
  • the professional fee for that work, whether it is fixed, and whether VAT applies to it;
  • when payment is due, and whether it can be paid in stages;
  • how a consultation fee is treated if you then instruct us on the application;
  • what happens to the fee if you cancel or the work stops, including any refund.

We will not carry out further chargeable work without agreeing it with you first.

Costs paid to others

These are separate from our fee, are set by others and can change. We tell you which ones apply to your application.

  • The Home Office application fee for your route.
  • The Immigration Health Surcharge, where your route requires it.
  • Any optional priority or super priority service, where it is offered.
  • Visa application centre or biometric appointment charges, where they apply.
  • Translation, English language test, Life in the UK test, tuberculosis test and courier costs, where they apply.

Current Home Office fees are published on GOV.UK: Home Office immigration and nationality fees (opens on GOV.UK in a new tab). Check the fee on the day you apply.

Consultations

Many clients start with a consultation, in which we review your circumstances, explain the route and confirm whether the matter is within our Level 1 authorisation. We tell you before the consultation whether it is charged, and how its fee is treated if you then instruct us.

Important

  • Our fee is for professional work. It does not guarantee an outcome — UKVI decides every application.
  • Home Office fees and the Immigration Health Surcharge are set by the government and are paid to it, not to us. Whether any of them is refunded if an application is refused or withdrawn is decided by the Home Office rules, not by us.
  • Please do not send payment or identity documents until we have confirmed the scope and fee in writing.

Ask for a fee quote

Tell us what you want to apply for and we will confirm whether it is within our Level 1 authorisation and what the professional fee would be.

The enquiry form is on this site and reaches us directly. Please do not send identity documents until we ask for them.

Phone and WhatsApp are for availability and simple questions. They are not a channel for instant legal advice.
