Appointment times
Appointments are usually offered Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (UK time). Remote appointments are available for clients elsewhere in the UK and overseas, so you do not need to travel to see us.
Before you send documents
- Please do not send passports, identity documents, bank statements or immigration papers until we have agreed to act and asked for them.
- Use the enquiry form rather than social media or messaging apps for case details.
- If your current permission is about to end, say so in your first message.
- We help with straightforward applications within our IAA Level 1 authorisation. We do not provide appeal or tribunal representation.
We aim to respond to enquiries within one working day. Enquiries received at weekends are answered on the next working day.
