What happens when you contact us
Tell us what you want to apply for, the status you hold now and when your current permission ends. We will check whether the matter is straightforward and within our Level 1 authorisation, and offer a consultation. If you instruct us, you will receive a written client care letter setting out the work, the professional fee and the documents we need.
When your matter may need a higher-level adviser
We provide advice and application assistance for straightforward immigration matters within our IAA Level 1 Immigration authorisation. Where a matter falls outside that authorisation — for example because it involves adverse immigration history, a discretionary or human-rights claim, an administrative review, an appeal or tribunal work — we will tell you and signpost or refer you to an adviser authorised at the appropriate level.
If an application is refused, we will explain whether a new straightforward application may fall within our Level 1 service scope. Where review, appeal, tribunal or other higher-level work is required, we will signpost or refer you to an appropriately authorised adviser.
UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) makes the final decision on every application. No immigration adviser can guarantee that an application will be approved.

Can you help me from outside the UK?
Yes. Many appointments and document checks can be completed remotely.
Do you handle appeals, administrative reviews or refused applications?
No. We are authorised by the Immigration Advice Authority at Level 1, for straightforward applications within the Immigration Rules. We do not provide administrative review, appeal or tribunal representation. If you have been refused, we can explain the decision and whether any further work is within our authorisation, and signpost you to an appropriately authorised adviser.
