About Us
Our History
West London Immigration Services (WLIS) started its immigration advisory practice in 2013 in Ealing, West London, United Kingdom.
Now based in Durham in the North East of England, WLIS serves clients throughout the United Kingdom and rest of the world. Our unique service approach uses modern technology enabling flexibility and supporting convenience to its clients.
How do we work?
Following a relocation from London to Durham and changes in the UKVI application process our work broadly involves/requires the following:
You can contact us direct by phone or social media channels. To book an appointment with our expert/advisor through our website, kindly outline your preferred contact time and we will endeavour to meet this.
We need a copy of Passport/ID, email and current address prior to providing advice or charging the corresponding advice fee. We, therefore, request this information be sent to us by email or post.
We will call you to discuss your query via telephone (mobile, WhatsApp, Viber, Skype) depending on your choice of communication.
Initial documentation to support assessment can be sent to the advisor directly on WhatsApp, Viber or iMessage for initial advice purposes only. N.B. Documents sent to us via this medium will not be used for official applications.
We will issue you with a client care letter by email: a legally binding contract confirming your instruction to represent you for immigration purposes.
Return a signed copy of a client care letter to us via email or post. In order to help save paper and the environment, just the signature page and GDPR consent page of the client care letter are necessary.
We will further assess the documents received via email or post. N.B. If you intend to send documents to us by post, please include a prepaid return envelope to avoid a £15 admin fee plus postal cost.
Please be sure to provide colour scans of documents.
We will complete the application on your behalf obtaining relevant details through convenient communication channels such and WhatsApp and Viber. Our advisor will manage your case requesting details and information as needed, they may send you multiple drafts for your review prior to submission.
You will be required to be available at an agreed time, in order to make payment for the application we have prepared for submission at the Access UK government website (gov.uk).
For representation and records purposes, we prefer to submit documents online ourselves to the Home Office’s chosen contractors portal be it VFS, Teleperformance or Sopra Steria (UKVCAS).
We will book an appointment for biometric enrolment with the Home Office at the Visa Application Centre (VAC) on your behalf. This will be as close to your residence and at as suitable a time as possible for you.
